Agreement to Terms of Use

  • Prices quoted are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of prevailing government taxes.
  • Kindly inform us of any allergies or special dietary requirements when placing your order.
  • Please review your orders for accuracy before checkout. No changes can be made once orders have been placed.
  • To order online, registered customers must first log in by keying in their email address and password.
  • Shangri-La Surabaya offers an extensive range of payment methods. Modes of payment are listed prior to the check-out screen.
  • Not valid concurrently with any promotions, discounts or member privileges, unless otherwise stated for particular campaigns.
  • Golden Circle point accrual is not valid.
  • The food presentation shown on the item images are indicative only.

Golden Circle Award Points

  • Golden Circle Award Points accrual is valid for items purchased except stated otherwise. Please provide GC membership number upon check out.

  • Name presented on credit card payment must match with Golden Circle membership details in order to earn GC Award Points.
  • Voucher purchase is not eligible for earning Golden Circle Award Points. Kindly contact us to check the eligibility for earning GC Award Points upon voucher redemption.
  • The delivery fee is not eligible for earning Golden Circle Award Points.
  • Tax charges such as government tax is not eligible for earning Golden Circle Award Points.

Delivery

  • Delivery times are stated within the item description.
  • First delivery is at 9 am and last delivery is at 9 pm.
  • Delivery Fee
    Hotel to 7 km with min. Spent IDR 200,000
    Free
    Hotel to 7.01-12 km min. Spent IDR 200,000
    IDR 125,000 nett
  • Complimentary delivery is proved for purchases above IDR 200,000 nett in a single bill and receipt, within 7KM radius.
  • For locations exceeding 12km, delivery fee will be calculated and advised based on distance from Hotel.

Self Pick Up

  • All orders for self pick up must be placed at 60 minutes in advance.
  • First pick up is at 9 am, last pick up is at 9 pm.
  • All orders must be collected within 30 minutes from the selected pick-up time.
  • All orders can be collected from F&B Reservation Desk.

Voucher

  • Purchase of this voucher is not eligible for earning Golden Circle Award Points. Kindly contact us to check the eligibility for earning GC Award Points upon voucher redemption.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
  • Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
    1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
    2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund
