Delivery

• Delivery times are stated within the item description.
• First delivery is at 9 am and last delivery is at 9 pm.
• Delivery Fee
  Hotel to 12 km min. Spent IDR 500,000 nett

• For locations exceeding 12km, delivery fee will be calculated and advised based on distance from Hotel.

Self Pick Up

• All orders for self pick up must be placed at 60 minutes in advance.
• First pick up is at 10 am, last pick up is at 7 pm.
• All orders must be collected within 30 minutes from the selected pick-up time.
• All orders can be collected from F&B Reservation Desk.

Voucher

• Purchase of this voucher is not eligible for earning Shangri-La Circle Award Points. Kindly contact us to check the eligibility for earning Shangri-La Circle Award Points upon voucher redemption.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

• Payment will not be refunded or exchanged for cash. Any un-used value will be forfeited.
• Should there be any ordered items(s) which are not available, the hotel shall contact the customer to offer alternatives. Customer can choose to either:
  1. Accept alternative item suggested by hotel, or
  2. Cancelling the order and receive full refund
